This zesty green dressing comes together in five minutes and puts the fresh essence of herbs front and center.
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
- 8 oz. light sour cream
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 bunches green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender for 1 minute, scraping down the sides halfway through blending.
- Blend for 1 additional minute, then check the taste and consistency of the dressing. If it’s too thick, add more water 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches desired consistency.
- Drizzle over steak and eggs, toss it with your favorite salad or serve as an herby dip with cut-up veggies.
