Southern Goddess Dressing

This zesty green dressing comes together in five minutes and puts the fresh essence of herbs front and center.

Makes about 2 cups


  • 8 oz. light sour cream
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 bunches green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender for 1 minute, scraping down the sides halfway through blending.
  2. Blend for 1 additional minute, then check the taste and consistency of the dressing. If it’s too thick, add more water 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches desired consistency.
  3. Drizzle over steak and eggs, toss it with your favorite salad or serve as an herby dip with cut-up veggies.
