
Ingredients
- 2 cups packed collard greens, stems removed
- ½ cup packed fresh basil
- ½ cup walnuts OR pine nuts
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until mostly smooth.
