Pizza is one of the most popular food choices in the world. And according to a recent survey,* that’s especially true in the United States, where it reigns as America’s favorite food. In fact, it’s so popular that over 40% of us eat it at least once a week.

Swap out:

  • Regular mozzarella or cheddar cheese for:
    • Sharp provolone
    • Part-skim mozzarella
    • Naturally lower-fat Parmesan
  • More meat for more vegetables:
    • Bell peppers
    • Mushrooms
    • Spinach
  • Fatty meats for lean meats:
    • Turkey bacon
    • Chicken sausage
  • Regular or thick crust for:
    • Thin crust
    • Whole-wheat
    • Cauliflower
