Blue Cheese Dressing

With just the right amount of tang and texture, this rich and creamy dressing perfectly complements salads, grilled meats and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat mayo
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream (or Greek yogurt to lower fat and increase protein)
  • 5 oz blue cheese 
  • 2 tbsp. lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the first five ingredients.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Chill for 2 hours and enjoy.

Dressing keeps in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
