
With just the right amount of tang and texture, this rich and creamy dressing perfectly complements salads, grilled meats and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low fat mayo
- 1/2 cup light sour cream (or Greek yogurt to lower fat and increase protein)
- 5 oz blue cheese
- 2 tbsp. lemon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine the first five ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for 2 hours and enjoy.
Dressing keeps in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
