Super Food Smoothie

Feel energized all day with this easy smoothie — it’s full of good-for-you ingredients but tastes like a refreshing, fruity treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 cups berries, frozen
  • 2 cups packed spinach or arugula
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. local honey
  • 2 tbsp. whey protein or collagen powder
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
