- 2 cups berries, frozen
- 2 cups packed spinach or arugula
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. local honey
- 2 tbsp. whey protein or collagen powder
- 1 cup milk
