Chili Vinaigrette

Looking for big flavor with little effort? This easy dressing delivers a sweet and spicy kick with a refreshing splash of lime. Try it drizzled over fresh greens, as a zesty marinade for chicken or a flavorful sauce for grilled veggies.  

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sambal or chili-garlic sauce
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup unseasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl or add them to a jar and shake vigorously to combine.
