2 medium yellow squash, thinly sliced
2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
6 green onions cut in 1-inch pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
non-stick cooking spray
- Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Put vegetables in skillet and add spices.
- Cover tightly and cook for 35 minutes over low heat.
- Uncover, stir mixture, and cook for 10 minutes.
