Blistered Shishito Peppers


  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cups whole shishito peppers (or jalapenos)
  • 1 Tbsp. Tajin seasoning
  • 1 lime
  • Kosher salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Place peppers on parchment lined sheet tray then drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and tajin.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Squeeze lime over the top and enjoy immediately.
