Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cups whole shishito peppers (or jalapenos)
- 1 Tbsp. Tajin seasoning
- 1 lime
- Kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Place peppers on parchment lined sheet tray then drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and tajin.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender and slightly charred.
- Squeeze lime over the top and enjoy immediately.
