Chilled “Mojito” Fruit Salad

Deliciously easy to make, this flavorful combination of berries, watermelon, mint, and lime may be the ultimate side dish.

Serves 4-6


  • 3 cups watermelon cut into 1-inch dice
  • 1/2 lb. strawberries quartered, green tops removed
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3-4 tbsp. Stevia or other sugar substitute


  1. Mix fruit and mint together.
  2. Mix lime juice and Stevia together.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Serve in a chilled bowl for everyone to enjoy!
